Huge balancing patch. AVR deals more than twice the damage, more inline with other guns. Every gun now deals about the same damage over time, but some guns shoot slower and deal more damage (weak against swarmers) and some guns deal more damage but cannot use ammo modifiers (like lazer). Gatlings deal a little less damage overall. Pneumatic guns deal more damage starting out, but "lose steam" and shoot slower over time, getting more inline with AVR. And they cannot use ammo mods either as they don't use ammo.
Removed ability to move carts during combat.
You now shield carts by holding mouse button.
Repairing is a limited resource. To balance that out enemies now deal only half damage. Also shields are halved overall.
